You're free to use the ENS brand in the ecosystem, but you must obtain a license first. Reach out to our General Counsel, Alexander Urbelis, at alex@ens[.]domains to request a trademark license agreement.
By using any ENS trademarks, you agree to follow our guidelines and instructions. Do not use the marks to impersonate ENS, ENS DAO, or ENS Labs, or to imply sponsorship, endorsement, or a partnership that doesn't exist. ENS reserves the right to take action to protect its trademarks and the ENS community.
ENS's brand can be represented using any of our colors, but we prefer Blue, Black, and White.
Make sure there is enough clear space when using the logo, such that there is enough room for everything to breathe. A good rule of thumb is at least 1/3 of the width of the ENS symbol.
